Drive media operations and on-site content support for an Austin-based team, with light editing, admin, and festival logistics.

  • Experience with basic photo/video editing or graphic design is a plus.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Assist with archival media management and digitization
  • Basic photo and video editing, pulling clips from existing videos, simple photo retouches B roll string out assemblies and clip selections
  • Handle administrative tasks & duties for Content Producers & Senior Marketers
  • Assist with on-site logistics at festivals, including social media marketing, giveaway winner prize fulfillment and media partner support
  • Coordinate with creative team on copywriting & asset production
  • Assist with simple graphic design tasks via PhotoShop, InDesign a plus
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements
  • This role requires you to be in our Austin, TX office. It is not a remote internship
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for
  • Junior or Senior standing
  • Able to commit to 15–20 hours per week, with in-office availability Tuesday through Thursday
  • Able to bring a personal laptop to the office
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Webflow, Mailchimp, Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
Preferred
  • Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Interest in music, live events, digital marketing, social media marketing
  • Resourceful and detail-oriented
  • Not afraid to ask for help
  • Strong organizational skills, initiative
