Own and drive the company’s marketing and partnership efforts to grow occupancy and bookings across the Octa Collection portfolio, with a focus on social media, content creation, campaigns, and local collaborations.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence across all platforms.
Create engaging photo, video, and written content that showcases our properties, guest experiences, and brand.
Execute marketing campaigns designed to increase awareness and drive bookings.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Monitor social media performance and recommend new strategies to improve engagement and reach.
Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, attractions, restaurants, wedding venues, sports organizations, employers, tourism partners, and community organizations.
Create referral partnerships and cross-promotional opportunities that generate new business.
Represent Octa Collection at networking events, community functions, trade shows, and local events.
Identify new opportunities to expand the company’s presence within the local market.
Generate qualified leads that convert into room bookings.

Requirements

Experience in marketing, business development, hospitality, tourism, sales, or a related field.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Comfortable creating content for social media, including photography and short-form video.
Hospitality or vacation rental experience is a plus.
Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
