Job Summary

Assist in multi-channel campaigns, translate market trends into actionable tactics, and support content, events, and performance reporting to keep marketing efforts aligned with community needs.

  • Insights & Content: Conduct market research and create engaging social and web content.
  • Operations & Reporting: Help analyze metrics, coordinate events, and prepare leadership-ready updates.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that drive strategy.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms and the company website.
  • Support the coordination of community outreach events and initiatives.
  • Help analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with team members on creative projects and brainstorming sessions.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and assist with project timelines.
  • Contribute to the development of promotional materials and presentations.

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to local sites for events or field work
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of design software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for healthcare and community engagement.
  • Previous internship or relevant experience in marketing is preferred.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic setting.
