Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the execution of the company’s business development strategy to expand market share and strengthen client relationships.
Support client engagement efforts including industry events, networking functions, trade shows, and association involvement.
Support award submissions and industry recognition opportunities.
Develop and maintain marketing materials including project sheets, brochures, resumes, and digital content.
Manage website updates via WordPress or similar CMS platform.
Create content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and press releases.
Coordinate ground-breakings, ribbon-cuttings, etc.
Coordinate photography, project highlights, and case studies.
Support internal communications and company announcements as needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a business-related field preferred
5+ years of experience in a marketing role; experience in the construction or professional services industry is mandatory
Strong understanding of construction procurement processes (RFQ/RFP, hard bid, negotiated work)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office, and WordPress or similar CMS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
