Job Summary

Own renewal broking cycles and carrier negotiations for Management Liability, Cyber, and Professional Liability, turning client risk into market-ready submissions and clear coverage decisions.

Broking & Renewal: coordinate renewals to align with service model standards and timelines.
Submission Strategy: prepare submissions, respond to underwriters, and evaluate quotes to support client relationships and cross-sell.
Carrier Relationships & Market Insight: negotiate favorable terms, maintain carrier connections, and monitor emerging trends in cyber and professional liability.

Job Description

Proactively coordinate broking around the renewal cycle in accordance to NFP’s service model standards and timelines.
Support placement of Management Liability, Cyber, and Professional Liability programs, developing go-to-market strategies for each client or prospect.
Negotiate with insurance carriers to secure competitive terms, conditions, and pricing, while building a strong understanding of client risk profiles.
Partner with account management teams to prepare and market submissions, respond to underwriter inquiries, and evaluate carrier quotes.
Analyze coverage options and present clear, strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Assist in preparing proposals, coverage comparisons, and client-facing materials.
Respond to client inquiries and support issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.
Review binders and policies to ensure accuracy of terms and conditions.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and renewal discussions as part of the broking team.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, wholesalers, and internal partners.
