Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Help us keep a pulse on the category: When, why, and how are people entering the category? What memory structures do they have already? Who do we need to pay attention to? What are our clients’ competitors doing and saying to gain mindshare?
  • Brainstorm, develop, and craft strategies that will directly inform the creative process
  • Turn existing data (e.g., qualitative, quantitative, secondary, and social listening research) into insights on the consumer
  • Be creative and persistent in searching for additional data on the customer and information on our clients’ businesses
  • Share and present your great research and strategy findings with team members

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree; however, we are open to people with a wide range of educations and life experiences. The ideal candidate combines an understanding of people and culture with an understanding and appreciation of business, but the most essential thing is a curious and sharp mind.
  • Work experiences that help build an understanding and appreciation of people as consumers and of businesses
  • An interesting backstory or perspective on the world and culture
