Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic execution of cross-channel media campaigns, ensuring top performance, seamless delivery, and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee media operations, including partner management, campaign optimization, and performance analysis across Publisher Partnerships, Display, Video/CTV, Audio, and more.
  • Build and nurture relationships with media partners, working collaboratively to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Identify and negotiate with key publishers to connect brands with the right audiences, leveraging your expertise to drive value.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing strategic updates, performance insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities, implementing innovative initiatives to achieve client goals and drive success.
  • Mentor and lead a team of media professionals, deploying resources effectively to enhance individual potential and deliver outstanding client results.
  • Spearhead high-impact, cross-agency projects and initiatives that inspire innovation and create measurable success for our clients.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in digital media strategy, campaign management, media partnerships, or a related field, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced expertise in Account Planning and Brand Media, empowering you to lead strategic and impactful campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Content Creation, supporting effective media operations and delivering compelling storytelling in partnership with media publishers.
  • Ability to work on a cross-functional team to ensure cohesive, 360-degree media strategies.
  • A strong command of Marketing Metrics, Planning & Analysis, and Market Research & Consumer Behavior to drive data-informed strategies.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel to analyze data, provide actionable insights, and improve performance.
  • Advanced skills in relationship building, and fostering trusted partnerships with media platforms and internal stakeholders to drive innovation and success.
  • A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a continual learner, staying at the forefront of media innovation while prioritizing client success with a customer-focused mindset that seeks opportunities to deliver meaningful value.
