Responsibilities

• The Brand Marketing Manager drives marketing strategies for assigned categories to maximize business performance and customer advocacy.
• Serve as Marketing’s single point of contact for the area to identify, prioritize, and develop brand campaigns, including promotions and environmental signage.
• Strategic lead shaping product innovation through private label development.
• Influence long range planning, business plan initiatives, and strategic improvement projects for assigned areas.
• Determine primary research initiatives for the units.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or Mass Communication from an accredited university
• Five (5) years of product or service marketing strategy development experience and three (3) years of brand marketing or brand management experience
• Strong knowledge of consumer research principles, methodology, and analysis
• Strong knowledge of business analysis
• Knowledge of marketing planning
• Knowledge of customer segmentation
• Expert knowledge of presenting creative design
• Strategic thinker and effective collaboration skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to interpret, analyze, and explain financial information

Nice to Have (Preferred)

• Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from an accredited university
• Seven (7) years of product or service marketing strategy development experience and five (5) years of brand marketing or brand management experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point computer software
• One (1) year of Supervisory experience with responsibility over direct or indirect reports.
