Responsibilities

• Assist with social media content ideas and content planning
• Help capture behind-the-scenes content for the brand
• Support marketing campaigns and product drop preparation
• Research local events, pop-ups, and partnership opportunities
• Assist with outreach to stores, creators, and collaborators
• Help organize marketing materials, product information, and campaign ideas
• Support day-to-day task tied to business growth and brand visibility

Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media management and digital marketing platforms
• Knowledge of product management processes and branding principles
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret market research data
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for content creation
• Effective communication skills for public relations activities and team collaboration
• Basic budgeting skills to assist in campaign planning and resource allocation
• Able to take direction while also bringing ideas to the table
• Local to Raleigh Durham or surrounding areas

Preferred

• Experience creating content for social media
• Basic photo or video editing skills
• Interest in streetwear, apparel, branding or start up culture.
