Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with brand strategy and company goals
• Identify target audiences and define positioning to drive brand growth and market share
• Lead promotional planning across seasonal and product launches
• Campaign Management (Digital Focus)
• Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Drive digital marketing initiatives including social media, paid media, e-commerce, and content strategies
• Ensure campaigns are optimized for performance, engagement, and ROI
• Team & Agency Leadership
• Lead and develop the marketing team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Experience managing teams and external agencies

Preferred

• Experience in consumer goods, footwear, or apparel industries
• Strong understanding of retail and e-commerce marketing strategies
• Experience building and scaling owned brands
