Drive brand management for a fast-growing beverage company by leading cross-functional projects and leveraging data to optimize performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: lead large cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, complex inputs, and time sensitive deadlines; effectively manage workload by prioritizing and multi-tasking. Demonstrate a sense of urgency to drive impact.
  • Brand Content: stewarding branded content and briefs in accordance with content calendar
  • Market & Audience Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Build strong relationships with the Sales organization as critical Marketing liaison: POS, Sell sheets, trade shows, coupons, retailer launch communications
  • Analytics: Analyze syndicated data and provide regular reports on brand level and SKU level performance, competitive dynamics and market trends. Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic adjustments when necessary.
  • Forecasting: support account level and SKU level forecasting based on historical performance and future planning.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven brand management experience at large CPG and/or food and beverage startup.
  • Prior experience with syndicated data platforms (SPINS, Nielsen, etc.) required.
  • Experience in startups and the food & beverage industry preferred.
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize brand performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate brand messaging and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive & start-up mentality: can independently think about ways to grow the business and go above and beyond; ability to figure things out and navigate ambiguity.
