Job Summary

Own brand strategy, portfolio evolution, and commercialization across insights, launches, and GTM with cross-functional ownership and data-driven decisions.

  • Brand Strategy & Health: guide positioning, narrative, and long-term health of the portfolio.
  • Portfolio & Launch: manage assortment, SKU rationalization, line extensions, pricing, forecasting, and launch support tools.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: collaborate with Sales, Operations, R&D, Finance and external partners to move initiatives in a fast paced environment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of brand positioning, strategic narrative, and long-term brand health initiatives
  • Lead marketing communications development across packaging, digital assets, sell-in materials, and creative campaigns
  • Manage marketing budgets and support investment allocation decisions to maximize growth opportunities
  • Support innovation pipeline development from concept through commercialization and sell-in
  • Manage portfolio assortment and SKU rationalization efforts to support growth and profitability
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement, line extensions, whitespace opportunities, and portfolio expansion
  • Drive forecasting, pricing analysis, and commercialization planning
  • Develop sales materials, customer presentations, and launch support tools
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, R&D, Finance, and external agency partners
  • Drive accountability and momentum across initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fields. An MBA is a plus.
  • 3–6 years of experience in brand management, innovation, portfolio management, or related CPG roles
  • Passion for food, consumer trends, and brand building
  • Experience working with syndicated data (Nielsen, Circana/SPINS, Numerator, etc.) preferred
  • CPG experience strongly preferred
  • Hispanic foods experience is a plus
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus
  • Physical requirements: Performs work primarily in an office setting, requiring extended periods of sitting and computer use. Occasionally lifts, carries, pushes, or pulls items weighing up to 15 pounds.
