Job Summary

Own speaker and P2P program governance for a regulated medical portfolio, aligning content, training, and events with Clinical, Marketing, Field Training, and Sales while tracking compliance, budget, and impact.

  • Speaker program ownership: onboarding, training, and contracts in collaboration with Ethics and Compliance.
  • Tradeshow leadership: national product theaters and cross-functional coordination across endo, ped endo, and PCP shows.
  • Measurement and governance: program dashboard, trend reporting to Sales leadership, and evolving compliance practices.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities: Manage ADC P2P Program and Speaker’s Bureau including strategy, content development, speaker training & onboarding, tradeshow management and operations
  • Develop content plan and speaker programs to support key business priorities and educational needs in collaboration with Clinical and Medical Affairs, Marketing, Field Training, and Sales stakeholders
  • Manage speaker training including new speaker onboarding, training on new programs and periodic in person training sessions
  • Manage tradeshow presence including execution of impactful national product theaters across endo, ped endo and PCP shows in coordination with key stakeholders
  • Identify standard best practices. including tracking and measurement of all programs, budget, content and evolving compliance requirements and will maintain a program dashboard and communicate trends to Sales Leadership on an ongoing basis.
  • Contract speakers in coordination with Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) and maintaining all Speaker contracts in ContractHub
  • Comply with global regulations and requirements, company policy, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments
  • Keep current on developments in the field, specifically on product/therapy knowledge, market, and industry trends
  • Bachelors Degree with at least 4-6 years related experience, with at least one year of experience in marketing or product management, or MBA with 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Product management experience in medical products or services preferred.
  • Strong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking and analysis of market conditions.
