Job Summary

Own brand growth across DEWALT North America by shaping strategy, aligning touchpoints, and steering go-to-market for new products with cross-functional teams.

  • Lead brand strategy and guidelines across regions, coordinating with Product, Marketing, and Channel teams to enable fast, on-brand launches.
  • Translate market trends and consumer insights into positioning, packaging, and messaging that boost relevance and adoption.
  • Drive commercialization plans and campaign assets, tracking marketing effectiveness to inform continuous improvement.

Job Description

  • Support the development and execution of brand strategy, ensuring alignment with DEWALT and regional objectives.
  • Uphold consistent brand expression and adherence to guidelines across all touchpoints as a brand ambassador.
  • Assist in analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to inform brand positioning and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, and Channel teams to facilitate the NPD process from ideation through launch.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of commercialization plans for new products, supporting market readiness and impactful launches.
  • Provide recommendations on product positioning, packaging, and messaging to maximize relevance and appeal to target users.
  • Work with Marketing teams to help deliver marketing assets and campaigns, including digital content, sales materials, events, and activations.
  • Coordinate with channel teams to support effective brand presence and execution across all sales channels.
  • Track and report on marketing effectiveness, leveraging data and feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Manage assigned projects, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery while providing regular updates on brand and product performance.
