Job Description

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Event Production: Lead the planning, execution, and on-site production of key city events such as new store openings, commercial pinnacle moments and special brand projects across the Americas region (North/Central America & Latin America).
  • Brand Image & Message Consistency: Guarantee that all event production aligns perfectly with Golden Goose key messages, safeguarding brand guidelines while translating them effectively for local consumers.
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and manage local production agencies, vendors, and suppliers across different territories, ensuring high-quality output, strict timeline adherence, and cost efficiency.
  • Cultural Scouting: Connect deeply with local communities, identifying emerging cultural trends, creators, and talents in key cities to amplify brand relevance.
  • Localized Rosters: Develop and maintain a roster of regional partners and production experts, evaluating collaboration proposals to maximize strategic brand value.
  • KPIs & Post-Event Analysis: Lead regular status meetings and conduct comprehensive post-activation reviews, analyzing clear KPIs to evaluate event impact and share actionable insights with regional leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in event production, project management, or experiential marketing, ideally within the luxury, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
  • Territory Knowledge: Strong understanding of the cultural and commercial landscape of major cities in NORAM; knowledge of the LATAM market is a significant plus.
  • Cross-Functional Mastery: Exceptional coordination skills with a demonstrated ability to align diverse teams (Retail, CRM, PR) toward a shared operational goal.
  • Execution & Action-Oriented: A perfect balance of strategic organization and "hands-on" execution capabilities. Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to interface confidently with external agencies, local artists, and internal executives.
  • Detail & Quality Driven: Highly organized multitasker with sharp attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sensibility for premium consumer experiences.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel across the East/West Coasts and internationally within the AMER region as required for event execution.
