Job Summary

Own the brand creative mandate end-to-end: lead a 5–6 person team, shape voice and visuals, align with C-suite goals, and drive integrated campaigns across website, email, social, packaging, and paid channels.

  • Leadership and process: build workflows, manage delivery timelines, and ensure on-brand output across design, photo, and video.
  • Brand integrity: define tone, messaging, and guidelines; own the final say on what is on-brand.
  • Cross-functional storytelling: lead organic content and editorial campaigns, partner with lifecycle and growth for cohesive messaging.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 5–6 creative professionals including designers, content creators, and video editors
  • Set clear creative direction, provide regular feedback, and foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture
  • Partner with the C-Suite to align creative output with brand priorities and broader business goals
  • Build and maintain workflows that keep the creative team efficient, accountable, and producing at a high standard
  • Define and evolve the brand voice, tone, and messaging strategy
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms — website, email, packaging, social media, and organic content
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all teams and partners
  • Serve as the final word on what is and isn’t on-brand
  • Lead organic content strategy, ensuring storytelling reflects the brand and resonates with the audience
  • Direct the creative team in developing brand-forward assets across design, photo, and video

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of brand marketing or brand management experience, ideally in men’s fashion or a DTC menswear brand
  • A genuine, well-developed sense of men’s style — you know what looks good and how to translate taste into brand direction
  • Expert-level copywriting skills — clarity, confidence, and a distinct voice
  • Proven experience managing and leading a creative team
  • Track record of developing and executing 360° brand campaigns
  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to define and defend what "on-brand" looks like across every touchpoint
  • Proficient using AI tools to enhance creative output and accelerate workflows
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail

Preferred

  • Background in creative direction or content production is a plus
  • Familiarity with Monday, Klaviyo, Notion, Figma, or Shopify is a plus
