Responsibilities

• Create, update, and proofread digital and direct mail communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with brand standards
• Monitor and track campaign progress throughout the creative process, providing guidance and influence as needed
• Maintain and update templates and tools in accordance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Review peer content, offering editorial and design feedback to enhance quality
• Support and implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure all communications comply with company policies and maintain comprehensive audit documentation
• Coordinate with stakeholders and leadership to communicate project timelines and details effectively
• Deliver high-quality work on schedule, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned
• Collaborate with process managers, brand, and digital teams to facilitate seamless project execution

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical or professional writing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Google Suite products (minimum of 2 years)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet connectivity
• Experience with Adobe Workfront (minimum of 3 years)
• Experience in multi-channel brand communications (minimum of 3 years)
• Familiarity with Jira project management software (minimum of 1 year)
• Strong attention to detail, creative writing skills, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience working in the financial industry (preferred)
