Responsibilities
- Take a starter brief (voice, key messages, format expectations) and propose a content plan/calendar for approval
- Once approved, write, film, and edit content for Blueprint Academy’s TikTok/Instagram – under your own byline
- Repurpose existing material (past program recordings, pitch day footage, testimonials) into new short-form formats
- Track what’s performing and propose adjustments to your plan – no unilateral scope changes, but real creative ownership within it
- Bring a genuine, distinct creative voice – this is content students will actually want to watch, not corporate messaging repackaged
