Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a clear, differentiated global brand strategy aligned with company objectives
- Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging, and visual standards aligned with all regions and considering diverse touchpoints
- Manage brand guidelines and ensure adoption across internal teams and external partners
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to refine positioning and messaging
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, trade shows, product launches, email, content marketing,) including tracking and data collection and analysis
- Partner with product management and sales to align campaigns with product roadmaps and revenue targets
- Develop targeted campaigns for key industries (e.g., construction, material handling, agriculture, mobile equipment)
- Manage campaign calendars, budgets, and timelines
- Drive lead generation and pipeline growth through multi-channel campaigns
- Define KPIs and track campaign performance in alignment with Bucher Central Marketing team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in brand management and campaign marketing
- Experience in technical B2B markets preferred
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically
- Experience in InDesign and Adobe Premier (including video editing)
- Understanding and ability to apply advanced graphic design concepts, bonus: videographer/photographer experience
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially for technical products
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience working with global teams and multi-region campaigns
- Understanding of hydraulic systems, mobile equipment, or fluid power applications is a bonus
