Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers in friendly conversations
• Generate interest in our premium window and door solutions
• Schedule qualified in-home consultations
• Educate homeowners about our products and services
• Set up and maintain professional branded displays
• Help drive leads that directly impact company growth
• No hard selling. No cold calling. Just great conversations with interested homeowners.

Requirements

• You are at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• A smartphone
• Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup
• No experience required. We provide paid training and teach you everything you need to succeed.

• Love talking to people and meeting new faces
• Are confident starting conversations with strangers
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Enjoy a performance-based environment
• Are comfortable hearing "no" and moving on to the next opportunity

• Retail, hospitality, customer service, marketing, fundraising, event staffing, and sales experience are all great backgrounds for this role.
