Responsibilities

• Engage in person with homeowners at retail locations, events, and community venues
• Introduce customers to Infinity Replacement by Marvin in a friendly, professional way
• Identify interest and generate qualified leads by scheduling in‑home consultations
• Accurately record customer information and appointment details
• Set up, maintain, and manage branded displays
• Represent a nationally recognized premium brand with confidence and integrity
• This role is focused on starting conversations and scheduling in‑home consultations—not closing sales.

Requirements

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation (travel to retail locations and events required)
• A smartphone
• Comfort standing and moving throughout your shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (display setup)
• Confidence handling rejection—you understand every “no” gets you closer to a “yes”
• A genuine interest in people and strong, face‑to‑face communication
• No prior sales experience required—just reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

Preferred

• Background in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or exploring a career path in sales and marketing
