Job Summary

Own on-site event operations and guest experience for a large-scale food activation, coordinating front-of-house flow, sampling, and quick problem-solving to keep the immersive experience running smoothly.

  • Operations & Guest Experience: manage lines, crowd flow, questions, restock, and space readiness.
  • Brand Adherence & Team Collaboration: follow brand guidelines, support setup/breakdown, and coordinate with event leads.
  • Content Capture & Quick Problem-Solving: capture light content if requested and handle fast-paced tasks with a positive, professional demeanor.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and help create a fun, organized event atmosphere
  • Assist with sampling, guided product experiences, or light food service when applicable
  • Manage lines, crowd flow, and guest questions with a calm, positive attitude
  • Help maintain cleanliness, restock inventory, and keep the space event-ready
  • Support setup and breakdown alongside the event team
  • Follow brand guidelines and on-site procedures at all times
  • Capture light photo/video content if requested by the event lead
  • Work closely with leads to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

  • Experience in events, hospitality, retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Familiarity with Square POS systems is a plus
  • 18 years old or older
  • Reliable transportation to and from the event venue
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong communicator, punctuality, and positive attitude
  • High school or equivalent (Required)
  • Los Angeles County Food Handlers Card (Preferred)

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working in food, retail, event staffing or on-site marketing industry
  • Previous experience working large scale events with high amount of traffic
  • Valid Los Angeles County Food Handlers Permit
