Job Description
Responsibilities
- Represent the brand at events, retail settings, and activations
- Promote brand awareness
- Engage with customers
- Deliver presentations
- Coordinate in-store merchandising
- Provide feedback to improve future activations
- Work independently while representing the brand professionally
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
- Experience in brand ambassadorship and creating brand awareness
- Customer service expertise and dedication to a positive customer experience
- Ability to represent and uphold brand values with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Highly organized and adaptable to different activation environments
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as needed
- Flexibility in scheduling; availability to travel locally; ability to work independently
Preferred
- Relevant experience in retail, marketing, or event activations is an asset

Supporting emerging cannabis, wellness, and beverage brands with field marketing execution including brand ambassador staffing, retail sampling, event activations, merchandising support, and post-event reporting. Focused on driving trial, increasing retail velocity, and improving in-store execution across Florida markets.
