Job Summary

Own the in-person retail and event presence by representing the brand, educating customers, and driving qualified leads for in-home consultations.

  • Retail & Event Ownership: represent at kiosks, home shows, trade shows, and local events.
  • Customer Education & Lead Gen: engage customers, educate on products, generate interest, and schedule in-home consultations.
  • Experience & Operations: meet lead-gen goals, maintain records, and support displays and setups.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent the company at retail kiosks, home shows, trade shows, and local events
  • Engage with customers and educate them about our products and services
  • Generate interest and schedule FREE in-home consultations
  • Collect customer information and maintain accurate records
  • Help set up and maintain event displays and kiosks
  • Meet daily and weekly lead generation goals
  • Provide a professional and positive customer experience

Requirements

  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules
  • Reliable transportation

Preferred

  • Retail marketing, event marketing, kiosk marketing, customer service, or sales experience is a plus
