Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations at community events and promotional campaigns.
• Engage with community members through professional, face-to-face conversations.
• Educate the public about nonprofit missions, programs, and initiatives.
• Build relationships that increase awareness and supporter engagement.
• Deliver positive experiences during live events and outreach activities.
• Assist with event setup, promotional materials, and campaign execution.
• Support team goals and outreach objectives.
• Participate in paid training focused on communication, marketing, leadership, and customer engagement.
• Develop skills in public speaking, relationship building, and event coordination.
• Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College education is a plus but not required.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, marketing, or fundraising is helpful but not required.
• Full-time availability.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for events.
