• Brand Experience & Execution: Represent campaigns at pop-ups and retail activations with hands-on customer interaction.
• Measurement & Growth: Track daily performance and event results to inform future campaigns and acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Represent nationally recognized brands at pop-up events, retail activations, and promotional campaigns
• Interact with customers face-to-face and create positive brand experiences
• Educate consumers on products, services, and current promotions
• Assist with event setup, branding displays, and campaign execution
• Help generate customer interest and new acquisitions
• Track daily performance goals and event results
• Participate in leadership and professional development training

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills

• Ability to work full-time in Charlotte, NC
• Reliable transportation
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, events, or sales is a plus (not required)
