Own the guest experience and sampling programs across on premise bars and off premise events, while upholding brand standards and compliance.

Define and execute bar service and guest engagement to drive sampling and sales at events and locations.
Manage on-site tastings and retail sampling with suggestive selling and brand promotion.
Maintain operations and compliance including cleanliness, inventory, age verification, and SMART guidelines.

Pour beer in a professional and friendly manner
Greet and interact with guests
Assess guests needs and preferences and make recommendations
Check guest identification to verify they are of legal drinking age
Maintain a clean and organized bar
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Follow SMART guidelines for responsible serving
Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Conduct sampling at on and off premise locations and events as a support to the Sales Team
