Job Summary

Own a lightweight creator program by delivering authentic, on-brand short-form video for Chinook boots with weekly shoots and raw footage sent for post; you own the pace, authenticity, and audience fit.

  • Own weekly video cadence across lifestyle, workwear, and outdoor moments.
  • Drive channel-ready content using smartphone shoots with editing handled by the team.
  • Own real-world, on-site footage from job sites or outdoor environments to test product narrative.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You'll receive Chinook boots and work with our marketing team to create simple, authentic short-form videos each week.
  • No editing required. Just shoot and send us the raw footage. We'll handle the editing, captions, and posting.
  • 2-3 vertical videos per week (15-45 seconds).
  • Lifestyle and workwear content.
  • Outdoor, jobsite, shop, ranch, or weekend adventure content.
  • Extra B-roll clips and photos whenever possible.

Requirements

  • Comfortable being on camera.
  • Someone who naturally fits the workwear and outdoor lifestyle.
  • Active on TikTok or Instagram and understands short-form content.
  • Can consistently deliver content every week using a smartphone.

Preferred

  • Interest or experience in construction, landscaping, farming, ranching, hunting, fishing, mechanics, welding, or similar trades is a huge plus.
  • Work in the trades or outdoors.
  • Already create TikTok or Instagram content.
  • Have experience with UGC or brand collaborations.
  • Own a truck, work equipment, or spend time in real jobsite or outdoor environments that fit the Chinook brand.
