Responsibilities

• Familiar with the company’s mission, vision, and goals
• Demonstrate an understanding of marketplace, trends and lifestyle.
• Work with Sales Department & Marketing Team to focus on and develop marketing strategies in retail accounts.
• Assist in obtaining resources needed to activate promotions to target LDA consumers and provide leads for the same to leadership and team members.
• Participating in event marketing both on and off premise
• Represent brands positively in a multitude of settings.
• Generating brand awareness through word-of-mouth marketing
• Providing feedback and insight on new products/services
• Assisting in content creation (social media posts)
• Promoting the brand via their personal social media accounts

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Completion of all assigned ABU courses that relate to the position and safety
• The ability to meet all standard employment requirements. Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record according to company policy

Preferred

• Some College or Continued Education Preferred
• Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and tools
• Prior experience in a customer service environment
