Own on-site brand activation by representing Crescendo’s brands, delivering memorable experiences, educating attendees to drive on-site sales, while ensuring smooth event setup and energetic collaboration to grow presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
- Represent leading brands at live activations, pop-ups, and promotional events
- Engage customers face-to-face and create memorable brand experiences
- Educate attendees on products while helping drive on-site sales
- Support event setup and ensure every visitor has a positive experience
- Collaborate with a high-energy team while developing presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Requirements
- Outgoing, personable, and confident in face-to-face interactions
- Motivated by results, learning, and professional growth
- Comfortable on your feet for extended periods in fast-paced events
- Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to commute to Orlando
