Responsibilities

• Walk designated areas in South Beach to promote Bonchon and engage pedestrians in a friendly, professional way.
• Distribute menus, promotional materials, coupons, and special offers while explaining the menu and featured items.
• Inform guests about daily specials, happy hour, and ongoing promotions and answer basic questions about the restaurant and location.
• Encourage visits and represent the brand with energy and exceptional customer service.
• Track promotional materials distributed and provide feedback on customer interactions.

Requirements

• Outgoing, personable and comfortable approaching strangers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, self-motivated and able to stand outdoors for extended periods.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred

• Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus.
• Knowledge of South Beach tourism and nightlife is beneficial.
• Ability to persuade and create excitement while maintaining a professional approach.
