Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Translate various marketing documents, review for accuracy, and maintain a glossary
  • Edit, organize, and maintain print/digital marketing materials
  • Maintain a collection of historical samples
  • Perform other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by a manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, English, Translations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field (required or in progress)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud applications, with a particular focus on Microsoft Word and Adobe InDesign
  • Strong ability to translate copy from English to Spanish with accuracy and clarity
  • Keen attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
  • Excellent command of English and Spanish grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure
  • Ability to maintain an authentic, natural Spanish voice while preserving the meaning, tone, and intent of the original English copy
  • Understanding of how to adapt messaging for cultural relevance and audience expectations
  • Skilled in writing and editing English and Spanish copy for multiple formats, including web, digital marketing, print, and product instruction materials
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistent tone, terminology, and style
  • Comfortable working in collaborative environments and incorporating feedback from cross-functional partners
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
