Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define ICPs and segment-specific growth hypotheses across new verticals
  • Build full-funnel acquisition strategies (awareness → activation → retention → referral)
  • Identify high-leverage growth channels and develop scalable go-to-market playbooks
  • Design expansion strategies tailored to community-led and group-based adoption
  • Build and scale acquisition engines across paid, organic, partnership, and community channels
  • Develop referral and viral loops suited for group-based products
  • Design grassroots expansion programs (community ambassadors, evangelists, partnerships)
  • Explore sales-assisted growth where relevant (multi-location operators, organizations
  • Develop, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels (Meta, Google, etc.) in collaboration with the marketing team to drive user acquisition

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or performance marketing
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling new growth channels or markets from 0 → meaningful scale
  • Experience building partnership-driven or grassroots growth programs
  • Deep analytical fluency including cohort analysis, funnel modeling, and attribution
  • Experience in paid acquisition and conversion optimization
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on execution levels
  • High experimentation velocity mindset: test fast, learn fast, scale what works
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and ownership-heavy environments

Preferred

  • Experience growing community-driven, marketplace, or network-effect products preferred
