Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop Personas and Map Customer Journeys: this role will create and maintain comprehensive customer personas for the executive audience, incorporating behavioral data, channel preference, and decision-making data. They will develop and implement customer journey maps for the executive audience across touchpoints, channels, and campaigns in partnership with event, account-based-marketing, field, and integrated demand teams.
  • Own Customer Intelligence and Insights Engine: partner with Customer Research and Analyst Relations to benchmark AWS preference with the executive audience, identify gaps, and influence investment priorities; build and maintain an evergreen mechanism aggregating research, data, and program insights into a single source linked to business outcomes.
  • Scale Collective Knowledge of the Audience: create scalable frameworks that democratize executive audience intelligence, develop playbooks and toolkits, and own inputs into business reviews to communicate trends to senior leadership.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to define personas, modernize customer experiences, and map cross-channel journeys.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • 2+ years of segmentation and developing customer profiles experience

Preferred

  • Experience with the AWS platform, web services, software development, or related technologies
