  • Maintain strong marketing controls and disclosure discipline, partnering with Legal/Compliance and internal reviewers to support timely, well-documented approvals and adherence to firm standards.
  • Build strong working relationships across a matrix, fostering clear communication, inclusive collaboration, and proactive problem-solving across lines of business, regions, and marketing centers of excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (4-year) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, events/sponsorship marketing, client marketing, or program management within financial services, asset management, or a similarly regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously, managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders with attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting third-party sponsorships, events, or conference programs (planning, activation support, deliverable tracking, and post-program recaps).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to synthesize inputs, draft clear updates, and keep teams aligned.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization and collaborating across functions (marketing, sales, product, events, digital, analytics).
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through; ability to anticipate needs and proactively surface risks/issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with institutional client segments (defined benefit, endowments/foundations, healthcare, retirement/401(k)) and/or institutional investment products.
  • Experience partnering with external vendors, conference organizers, and internal events/brand teams to execute sponsorship deliverables.
  • Experience with marketing measurement basics (e.g., engagement metrics, lead capture processes, event/sponsorship KPIs) and post-program readouts.
  • Proven ability to build credibility and trust with sales partners and senior stakeholders through reliable execution and clear communication.
  • Comfort operating in a strong controls environment, including supporting review/approval processes and maintaining documentation.

Benefits
