Job Summary

Own the end-to-end medical communications engine: translate literature into compliant materials, manage content from draft to approval, and partner with account teams and KOLs to drive client outcomes.

  • Scientific content ownership: develop and review materials, perform literature searches, and analyze data to back communications.
  • Delivery governance: steer submission workflows for medical, legal, and regulatory review and ensure quality control of every deliverable.
  • Cross-functional leadership: mentor juniors, collaborate across departments, and help shape strategic planning and client-facing meetings.

Job Description

  • Develop strategic and scientifically accurate materials
  • Write and review medical communications content
  • Conduct literature searches and data analysis
  • Manage submission processes for medical/legal/regulatory review
  • Partner with account teams on project execution
  • Build relationships with KOLs
  • Support client meetings and presentations
  • Guide scientific associates and junior team members
  • Ensure quality control of deliverables
  • Maintain reference databases and secure permissions
  • Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD)
  • 1-2 years agency or pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Strong scientific writing capabilities
