Own and scale channel campaigns with autonomy from strategy through bidding and creative, while leading test & learn and tracking performance.

• Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Own components of addressable channel campaigns, translating strategy into bid and creative decisions, support test & learn agendas, and track performance.
• Channel Management: Support omni‑channel planning, buying/activating and reporting for all programs, ensuring strategy is embedded and coordinating with agencies and partners.
• Organizational Alignment: Build relationships with key stakeholders, share best practices, and mentor others within the channel organization.

Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 3 years of work experience (minimum) in related field?
• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Preferred

• 3+ years of experience actively managing and implementing large omni-channel digital programs and budgets at an agency and/or large retailer
• Previous experience with retail websites and analytics
• Previous experience working with large established digital properties such as Google, Youtube, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook experience with newer properties such as Pinterest and Twitter a major plus
• Solid understanding of technical pieces of digital marketing such as website analytics, audiences, data feeds, tracking codes, etc.
