Job Summary

Own brand execution in a regulated health care setting, turning customer insights into tactical HCP and patient marketing across channels while ensuring MAP compliant materials and lifecycle fits.

MAP & materials ownership: Drive end-to-end promotion creation, MAP reviews, and library maintenance.
Omnichannel enablement: Translate insights into coordinated tactics and lifecycle programs with cross-functional partners.
Operational excellence: Manage timelines, budgets, agency/vendor work, and continuous process improvements.

Job Description

Brand/MAP: Lead end-to-end management of promotional materials through MAP review processes.
Insights to tactics: Translate customer insights into actionable marketing tactics across lifecycle initiatives.
Assets and training: Develop and maintain promotional materials and field training support.
Sales enablement: Support sales force execution with materials, training, and field pull-through initiatives.
Monitoring and optimization: Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitive activity; propose optimization.
MAP management: Lead end-to-end management of promotional materials through MAP review processes.
Content alignment: Conduct initial content review to ensure alignment with brand strategy, messaging, claims, and visual identity.
Materials lifecycle: Manage the development, approval, implementation, maintenance, expiration, and retirement of materials.
Asset library: Maintain the product claims library, reference repository, and promotional material inventory.
Digital and partnerships: Partner with Marketing Centers of Excellence and agency partners for digital channel execution and content deployment.
