Job Description

Responsibilities

  • National Marketing Program and Asset Development for Hornitos & Classic brandsacross all channels of trade in the US Market. This is inclusive of the following: Promotional Programming (i.e. Sweepstakes), POS, Value-Added Packs, Print-on-Demand Templates, Experiential/Sampling Footprints & Activation Guides, Event Templates and eCommerce Digital assets.
  • Own Merchandising and Display Standards for key programs.
  • Develop and deploy Program Selling Tools (i.e. Program Sell Sheets) to aid in key customer sell-in by our commercial sales team.
  • Develop and own content for US Brand Toolkits to aid in communicating our brand experience plans to our commercial sales teams, distributor partners and customers.
  • Ensure linkage of Marketing plans to Commercial Sales programs (Big Bets, Focus Calendar, KPI Program, National Incentive parameters).
  • Manage multiple agencies and vendor partners to develop and execute programs and assets

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in Marketing or Field Marketing, preferably with Brand, Regional and Commercial Sales connectivity
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing (Masters preferred); MBA preferred
  • Industry experience in Consumer Brand Experience or AlcBev is strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of:
  • Agency management
  • Ability to develop marketing programs and assets
  • Ability to work cross functionally and manage through others, including managing up
  • Strong deadline management skills - meeting or delivering ahead of schedule
  • Strategic thinking - able to confidently articulate ideas and present out of the box thinking to large groups
  • Budget management
  • Attention to detail
