Responsibilities

• - Communications & Storytelling
• - Contribute to communications projects spanning corporate communications, executive communications, internal communications, and media relations.
• - Support impact messaging that connects business and the company's purpose-driven initiatives
• - Creating Communications Materials & Programs
• - Draft and edit talking points, press materials, written and visual social content, briefing documents, presentations, and executive communications.
• - Support planning and on-the-ground engagements and events
• - Organizational Support and Project Management
• - Support team operations by developing templates, trackers, and internal resources that improve team efficiency.
• - Manage timelines, deliverables, and coordination across multiple concurrent projects, keeping workstreams on track and flagging risks early.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in communications, journalism, or media relations
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear communications.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting project needs.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated passion for storytelling and content creation, with a strong appetite for consuming and understanding business, beauty, and social impact
