Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day performance across Amazon, Wayfair, and direct-to-consumer channels.
  • Support marketplace growth initiatives focused on sales, traffic, conversion, pricing, promotions, assortment, and visibility.
  • Maintain and optimize product listings, product detail pages, Amazon Store content, imagery, copy, A+ Content, and SEO.
  • Coordinate product launches, seasonal promotions, campaigns, and major marketplace events.
  • Manage key Amazon Vendor Central activities, including purchase orders, item setup, catalog maintenance, forecasting coordination, chargebacks, shortages, and issue resolution.
  • Partner with internal teams to support inventory availability, accurate pricing, in-stock performance, and overall operational health.
  • Analyze marketplace results and provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations.
  • Monitor competitive activity, marketplace trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with Product Development, Marketing, Planning, and Finance.
  • Provide direction and support to team members involved in marketplace execution.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • You have 3–5 years of experience in an eCommerce environment, preferably supporting or managing marketplace channels.
  • You have experience managing or supporting eCommerce marketplace channels.
  • You have hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central.
  • You understand marketplace performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion, and operational health.
  • You can analyze data and turn findings into practical recommendations.
  • You have experience with product listings, content optimization, SEO, promotions, pricing, or digital merchandising.
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • You communicate clearly and work effectively across teams.
  • Experience with Amazon, Wayfair, direct-to-consumer eCommerce, or indirect team leadership is preferred.
