Own the HCP non-personal promotions and omnichannel marketing strategy from planning through execution, aligning with brand, regulatory, and cross-functional partners to deliver integrated, compliant campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead HCP non-personal promotions/omnichannel marketing strategy, planning, and execution, ensuring full integration with the broader brand strategy.
  • Understand customer segmentation and strategies to build and implement metrics driven multi-channel plans for focused non-personal HCP engagements and optimal channel distribution.
  • Support execution of HCP personal promotions marketing strategy developing resources used by field sales team in HCP engagements.
  • Contribute to building and deploying a competitive market strategy that proactively addresses evolving competitors and market dynamics.
  • Ensure all marketing programs align with corporate policies, regulatory/ethical frameworks, and alliance standards.
  • Drive strong cross-functional and alliance collaboration, alignment, and decision-making, partnering with Sales, Medical Affairs, TLLs, Market Research, Analytics, Market Access, Training, Regulatory, and Legal to deliver cohesive, compliant, and impactful initiatives.
  • Have a proven track record of leadership and influence across organizational levels.
  • Combine strategic and scientific competence with ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excel in execution and project management within a fast-paced dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and working through ambiguity.
  • Bring exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and convey complex strategies to diverse audiences—both technical and non-technical, including senior executives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry or related field
  • 8+ years of US commercial experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, product management, or related areas
  • Demonstrated success in navigating complex alliance or co-promotion partnerships
  • Must be willing to travel 25-30% (including weekend travel as needed)

Preferred

  • MBA strongly preferred
  • Gastroenterology/Allergy/Immunology biologics experience strongly preferred
