Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Help lead teams in the development and execution of socially led work that spans across large-scale social campaigns to smaller day-to-day projects, and could include multi-channel work that spans all things digital.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree and at least six years at a competitive creative agency. Work should include strong social experience, demonstrating an understanding of writing specifically for social, and a track record of successful creative work, along with experience working on cross-channel campaigns.

  • An understanding of the nuances between social platforms, from Instagram and Facebook to TikTok and LinkedIn (and everything in between)
  • Experience working on clients in heavily regulated industries is a plus.
  • Awards are a nice bonus, but original breakthrough ideas and real creative problem-solving are even better.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.
  • an understanding of the nuances between social platforms, from Instagram and Facebook to TikTok and LinkedIn (and everything in between)
