Job Summary

Own and drive marketing execution and insights across brand strategy, campaigns, and operations, turning consumer research and analytics into actionable plans that influence forecasts, packaging, and collateral.

  • Brand & Campaign Direction: co-lead annual planning and oversee campaign execution from concept to completion.
  • Insights & Analytics: translate consumer and shopper research into the voice of the customer for sales and marketing actions.
  • Operations & Partnerships: manage material lifecycle, regulatory reviews, and collaborations with agencies and cross-functional teams.

Job Description

Own and drive marketing execution and insights across brand strategy, campaigns, and operations, turning consumer research and analytics into actionable plans that influence forecasts, packaging, and collateral.

  • Responsibilities: Drive Business Results: Proactively analyze market, competitor, and consumer data to uncover key insights. Leverage analytics to inform brand strategy, influence commercial forecasts, and coordinate with demand planning to ensure product availability.
  • Responsibilities: Guide Brand & Campaign Strategy: In partnership with the Senior Brand Manager, co-lead the annual brand planning process and manage the execution of marketing programs and campaigns from start to finish.
  • Responsibilities: Manage Key Projects: Take ownership of critical commercial projects, including packaging innovations, social media and influencer strategy, and the development of digital and physical marketing collateral, demonstrating resilience and a sharp eye for creative.
  • Responsibilities: Develop Customer & Consumer Insight: Build a deep understanding of consumer and customer needs by interacting with sales and shopper marketing teams and analyzing consumer research to represent the voice of the customer.
  • Responsibilities: Oversee Marketing Operations: Collaborate with marketing specialists and agency partners to manage the efficient routing and lifecycle of promotional materials through the regulatory review process, serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business , or a High School Diploma / GED with an equivalent level of experience.
  • Requirements: Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or a related commercial function, including experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
  • Requirements: Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated experience in business analytics with a strong understanding of retail business drivers and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Requirements: Project Management: Proven ability to independently manage complex projects from concept to completion, such as packaging updates, creative campaigns, or innovation launches.
  • Requirements: Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional partners and external agencies.
  • Requirements: Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Elanco does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this position.
