Job Summary

Own the brand asset lifecycle across packaging, content, and online presence, coordinating cross-functional teams to keep materials current and on-brand.

  • Brand & Packaging: Lead packaging updates, line extensions, and related updates with Supply Chain and Marketing.
  • Content & E commerce: Ensure product content stays current on Amazon, company sites, and retail platforms; run audits and surface trends from reviews.
  • Asset Management & Ops: Manage sales materials, assets, and data syndication to maintain brand consistency across channels.

Job Description

Own the brand asset lifecycle across packaging, content, and online presence, coordinating cross-functional teams to keep materials current and on-brand.

  • Sales Support & Brand Asset Management: Manage the creation, publishing, and maintenance of sales materials, including sell sheets, line sheets, customer presentations, and channel-specific marketing tools
  • Brand Marketing & Content Execution: Support execution of brand marketing and shopper marketing initiatives across multiple channels
  • Brand Asset Management: Manage and organize brand assets, creative files, and advertising materials to ensure consistency and accessibility
  • Public Relations Support: Support public relations activities through timely coordination and shipment of product samples
  • Product Information: Ensure product information remains accurate across all relevant data management and syndication platforms
  • Packaging & Cross-Functional Project Management: Serve as project manager for packaging extensions, line expansions, and other incremental packaging initiatives
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Marketing teams to support packaging updates and implementation projects
  • E-Commerce & Digital Content Management: Partner with internal marketing teams to ensure product content across Amazon, company websites, and retail media platforms remains current and accurate
  • Content Audits & Updates: Conduct regular content audits and coordinate updates to support product launches and brand initiatives
  • Website & Brand Support: Maintain website updates related to new products, innovation launches, and brand news
