Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support brand marketing campaigns/commercials for Taco Bell’s value-focused communications in partnership with cross-functional and agency teams
  • Champion the creation of integrated and intentional creative expressions from our strategic platforms
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Public Relations, Digital, Social, Media to develop robust, multi-channel activations that effectively engage target consumers
  • Progress key workstreams around creative development from in-store merchandising to paid media
  • Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional peers to capture inputs from multiple points of view
  • Interpret and use consumer insights to inform decision-making
  • Help prepare presentations for partners at all levels that effectively explain business challenges, proposed solutions and roadmaps to launch
  • Manages a quarterly value audit, keeping their pulse on the category and sharing relevant strategies and campaigns with the wider team.
  • Supports the development of creative briefs and routes designated promotional creative to ensure end to end delivery, brand consistency and execution

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in brand management or related roles
  • BA or BS Degree; MBA preferred
  • Ad agency experience is a plus
  • 1-2 years’ experience with project management, cross-functional coordination/organization
  • 1+ years’ experience with creative or communication brief writing
  • Microsoft Office, strong PowerPoint skills a must
