Job Summary

Own end-to-end store operations during your shift, driving cost, inventory, and cash controls while ensuring service quality and profitability through strong customer relations, staffing, and adherence to standards.

Own daily operations: oversee shift execution, customer relations, cleanliness, and image standards.
Operational stewardship: manage cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and equipment usage to protect profitability.
Team leadership: coordinate staffing, training, and store workflows to ensure consistent service and timely completion of tasks.

You must be 18 years of age or older
