Responsibilities

• Responsible for keeping the facility rented at optimum levels and effectively utilizing the Company’s marketing strategy.
• Actively sells retail items and maintains merchandise levels.
• Providing superior customer service including troubleshooting and resolving customer problems and professionally handling telephone and walk-in inquiries.
• Must inspect the facility throughout the day to maintain a neat, clean, safe and secure environment and promptly correct any situation that the does not meet company standards.
• General office management including but not limited to opening and closing the office on time each day.
• Maintains all required documentation in a neat and orderly manner.
• The Manager must be able to control delinquencies by telephone and letters on a daily basis.
• Store teams must prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports accurately and submit on a timely basis.
• Responsible for preparing auctions and cash controls.
• Effectively communicates with management, fellow employees and corporate office.

Requirements

• Customer service: 2 years (Required)
• Ability to Commute: Westmont, IL 60559 (Required)
