Job Description

Responsibilities

Balance leasing, resident retention, marketing, and admin/financial duties for the community.
Absorb knowledge of all property management aspects to assume greater responsibilities.
Advocate for the team to improve performance and deliver excellent service.

Requirements

High school degree or equivalent.
Hold or be pursuing the Certified Apartment Manager or Accredited Property Manager designation.
At least one year practical experience as either a Leasing Consultant or Assistant Community Manager.

Preferred

College education preferred.
