Support care growth by strengthening referral networks and community outreach while assisting the growth lead on client acquisition and opportunity identification.
- Relationship & Referral Management: Own day-to-day nurturing and expansion of referral sources to feed growth targets.
- Growth Ops & Outreach: Help uncover opportunities and promote services through local outreach and partnerships.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- The Assistant Care Growth Manager supports the Care Growth Manager in business development and growth initiatives by assisting with client acquisition, referral development, community outreach, and relationship management.
- This role works closely with the Care Growth Manager to identify growth opportunities, maintain referral sources, and promote the organization's services.
Requirements
- Customer service experience required with proven ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships.
- 2+ years of experience in relationship management.
- Valid Driver’s License, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation required.
- Successfully pass all required Minnesota background studies and employment screenings.
- Demonstrates success in growing and maintaining relationships with referral sources.
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, home care, senior services, or business development preferred.
